Primary Responsibilities :

Customer satisfaction- Track and respond to customer emails, complaints, and inquiries, ensuring no communication gaps. Help provide customers with real-time updates on orders

 

Interdepartmental communication- act as a bridge between departments to ensure accurate information sharing

 

Reporting and analytics- measuring sales performance and presenting sales reports

 

Follow-ups- implement structured follow up systems to ensure timely responses from different departments

English is necessary.

Must be able to communicate in Telugu or/and Hindi
