Primary Responsibilities :

Job Title: PF Trust Compliance Executive
Location: Gurgaon or Kolkata
Compensation: ₹40,000–₹50,000 per month

Job Summary:
Seeking a detail-oriented and knowledgeable PF Trust Compliance Executive to oversee end-to-end Provident Fund (PF) operations for multiple clients. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the Employees’ Provident Fund (EPF) Act and related compliance requirements, with proven experience managing large employee datasets and client portfolios.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate EPF challans and ensure timely submissions

  • Reconcile PF-related accounts and transactions

  • Address and resolve PF-related queries from clients and employees

  • Accurately calculate PF contributions in line with statutory guidelines

  • Conduct regular quality control (QC) checks on PF operations

  • Prepare and file statutory reports and returns as required

  • Ensure timely and effective resolution of all employee PF-related inquiries


Experience Requirements:

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 1–2 years of experience in PF Trust operations or payroll compliance

  • Strong understanding of the EPF Act and other related statutory regulations

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other relevant data-handling tools

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to manage large volumes of data across multiple client accounts

  • Highly detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
