Key Responsibilities:
Design and develop stylish, high-quality abayas and dresses
Collaborate closely with the tailoring and production teams to bring designs to life
Maintain a strong understanding of current fashion trends and customer preferences
Ensure all designs meet high standards of quality, fit, and finish
Manage the design process from concept to final product
Requirements:
Proven experience in designing abayas or dresses
Strong creative skills with a professional portfolio
Excellent attention to detail and quality
Ability to work in a team and take constructive feedback
Willingness to relocate to Oman (employment visa will be provided)
