Primary Responsibilities :

Position: HR Manager
Location: Ahmedabad
Salary: Up to ₹30,000 per month
Working Days: 6 days a week (2nd & 4th Saturday Off)
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Joining: Immediate joiner preferred
Experience: 3–4 years

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, documentation, and exit formalities

  • Handle payroll processing, attendance tracking, and leave management

  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures

  • Coordinate with department heads to fulfill internal hiring requirements

  • Support training and development initiatives

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies

  • Maintain accurate employee records and prepare regular HR MIS reports

  • Address employee grievances and contribute to employee engagement efforts

Experience Requirements:

Requirements:

  • Graduate or Postgraduate degree in HR or a related field

  • 3–4 years of relevant experience in HR operations and recruitment (preferably in a recruitment or staffing firm)

  • Proficient in HR processes, statutory compliance, and HRMS tools

  • Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills

  • Organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

  • Must be comfortable with a 6-day work schedule and available for immediate joining
