Primary Responsibilities :

Chef de Cuisine (Italian / French / International) – 2 Positions

Job Title: Chef de Cuisine
Department: Kitchen – Hot & Cold Sections
Job Description:

  • Design menus and daily specials featuring Italian, French, and international cuisines

  • Supervise kitchen stations, maintain HACCP and hygiene standards

  • Train Sous Chefs, CDPs, and Kitchen Helpers

  • Coordinate with procurement for ingredient quality and cost control

  • Ensure consistent presentation and portioning

  • Collaborate with restaurant management for guest feedback and menu updates


Experience Requirements:

Contract Duration: 2-year renewable
Location: Muscat or Salalah (based on business need)
Experience: 8+ years in fine dining, including 3+ years as Executive/Head Chef
Salary: 350–650 OMR basic + housing, transport, duty meals
Vacation: 30 calendar days annually
Education: Culinary Diploma/Associate; HACCP Level 4 preferred
Languages: Fluent English, basic Arabic (preferred), additional European languages (a plus)
