Job Title: Business Development Manager – Natural Gas (LNG)

Location: Navi Mumbai

Job Overview:

This role focuses on driving LNG project sales and developing long-term customer relationships. The candidate will be responsible for business origination, contract structuring (MOUs, BOO, BOT), and collaboration with key stakeholders across the LNG supply chain.


Key Responsibilities:

Analysis & Strategy:

  • Analyze regional LNG demand and identify target customers aligned with CGD infrastructure plans.

  • Recommend suitable models (BOO/BOT) with long-term LNG supply contracts.

  • Create customer-specific marketing strategies and pricing models to promote LNG over alternatives like LPG and furnace oil.

  • Provide commercial input in developing long-term agreements (MOUs, BOO, BOT).

Experience Requirements:

Marketing & Origination:

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships with gas utilities, industrials, and consortiums.

  • Negotiate LNG project sales contracts aligned with business objectives.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on LNG marketing strategy and execution.

  • Represent the organization at industry events and in stakeholder engagements.


Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s in Engineering or Business; MBA in Marketing preferred.

  • 5–7 years’ experience in Natural Gas, with at least 3 years in LNG business development.

  • Strong understanding of LNG markets, pricing mechanisms, and regulatory landscape.

  • Proven experience in negotiating and closing BOO/BOT contracts.

  • Excellent communication, strategic thinking, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Willingness to travel (60% domestic, 20% international).
