Job Title: Chef de Partie (CDP)
Location: Ahmedabad
Experience Required: Minimum 2 years in CDP or Demi CDP role
Qualification: Diploma/Degree in Culinary Arts, Hotel Management, or related field

Food Preparation:
Carry out daily food prep and cooking in assigned kitchen section as per standard recipes.Station Management:
Manage own section independently, maintain mise-en-place, cleanliness, and equipment.Recipe Compliance:
Follow portion control and recipe standards strictly.Menu Execution:
Assist in preparing café-style dishes including breakfast, snacks, and desserts.Hygiene:
Maintain hygiene, follow HACCP and FSSAI standards.Team Collaboration:
Support junior chefs, assist during peak service hours.Inventory Management:
Monitor stock usage and ensure proper storage to minimize wastage.Audit & Travel:
Open to travel for kitchen audits, training, and outlet visits.
