Role Summary:
We are seeking energetic and result-driven Sales Executives to expand our footprint across key territories. This field-based role is ideal for professionals passionate about sales, customer engagement, and providing agricultural and industrial solutions through channel development.
Key Responsibilities:

Execute regional sales and marketing strategies aligned with business targets

Identify and appoint new dealers and distributors

Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market dynamics

Drive sales growth and meet monthly/quarterly targets

Organize dealer engagement events and local brand promotions

Support market development activities and lead generation efforts

Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners

Prepare timely sales reports and provide insights to management

Attend product and sales training sessions regularly
Candidate Profile:

B.Tech / M.Tech / MBA (Marketing or Agriculture) / Any Graduat
Experience Requirements:
Experience:
1 to 4 years in a field sales role, ideally in sectors such as:
Water Pumps
Pipes, Cables, Fittings
Seeds & Pesticides
Agricultural Implements
Must have experience managing dealer/distributor networks
Skills Required:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Convincing and negotiation abilities
Strategic thinking with analytical aptitude
Time management and team collaboration
Proficiency in MS Office
Adaptability and self-motivation for field sales
Compensation & Benefits:
Salary: Up to ₹40,000/month (Negotiable for the right candidate)
Incentives, travel allowances, and other benefits as per policy
Travel & Location:
Extensive travel within assigned territory is required
Reporting to regional or central office based on deployment
