Job Summary:

We are looking for experienced Country Managers to lead and expand our business operations in key international markets. The position is open for senior-level professionals based in Spain, Italy, or Brazil who possess in-depth knowledge of the medical device export market.


Experience Requirements:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and grow the company’s presence in the assigned country through strategic planning and execution.

  • Manage local distributor networks, build new business alliances, and maintain strong customer relationships.

  • Drive revenue growth by identifying new sales channels, client segments, and tender opportunities.

  • Navigate and manage country-specific regulatory and compliance requirements for medical devices.

  • Conduct regular market intelligence to identify emerging trends, competitor activities, and growth opportunities.

  • Represent the company in industry events, exhibitions, and local government tenders.

  • Coordinate with the headquarters on product availability, pricing strategies, and supply chain alignment.

  • Lead a small team (if applicable) and report regional progress and challenges to global leadership.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, International Trade, Life Sciences, or equivalent (MBA preferred).

  • Extensive experience in business development or export sales in the healthcare/medical device industry.

  • Strong network within local healthcare procurement systems and distributor ecosystems.

  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills with fluency in English and local language.

  • Self-motivated, strategic thinker with a proven track record of delivering results.

  • Must be a local resident with the legal right to work in the respective country.
