Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager and Customer Support Lead with proven expertise in the Forex Broker industry within the Arabic market. The ideal candidate will lead cross-functional teams including Sales, Client Support, Social Media Marketing, Product Development, and Quality across the MENA (Middle East and North Africa) region.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and mentor a team of Business Development Executives (0–2 years experience).

Drive business growth through sales, market research, and social media initiatives.

Expand client base, support existing clients, and streamline internal operations.

Maintain high-quality service standards through effective communication.

Monitor and evaluate team performance to ensure compliance with SLAs.

Develop and execute customer service strategies to improve client satisfaction.

Gather and analyze customer feedback to drive continuous improvement.

Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver a seamless customer experience.

Contribute to product and service development through market insights.

Prepare and present performance reports and customer satisfaction metrics.

Participate in the hiring and onboarding process for customer support roles.

Experience Requirements:

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
Minimum of 10 years of total experience, with 5+ years in the Forex Broker Arabic market, including 3+ years in a leadership role.
Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Fluency in Arabic with strong written and verbal communication.
