Key Responsibilities:

Develop and test adhesive formulations and conduct raw material evaluations

Maintain quality standards across tile adhesives and chemical product lines

Lead product innovation initiatives and ensure formulation improvements

Hands-on experience with RD powder, MHEC, and polymer binders is essential
Experience Requirements:
Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry (required)
Master’s degree in Chemistry (preferred)
Diploma in Adhesives or Construction Chemicals is an added advantage
Key Skills & Attributes:
Deep knowledge of adhesive raw materials and formulation chemistry
Strong lab testing, quality control, and reporting skills
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication abilities
Positive approach toward innovation and independent working
Fluent in Hindi and English
