Conduct testing and analysis of raw materials and finished tile adhesive products

Assist in developing new adhesive formulations

Support senior chemists in product improvement initiatives

Collaborate with production teams to ensure manufacturing support
Experience Requirements:
Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry (required)
Master’s degree in Chemistry (preferred)
Additional certifications in adhesives or polymer chemistry are an advantage
Key Skills & Attributes:
Good understanding of adhesives, chemicals, and formulations
Skilled in lab testing, material handling, and documentation
Quality-driven, detail-oriented, and self-motivated
Basic communication in English and Hindi
