Job Overview:

A passionate and experienced Head Chef is required to lead kitchen operations in a fast-paced cloud kitchen setup. The ideal candidate must specialize in Biryani and Burger preparation, with a strong grasp of hygiene practices, consistency in flavor, and staff supervision.

Experience Requirements:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily kitchen operations and ensure a seamless workflow

  • Prepare, refine, and maintain consistency in recipes (especially Biryani and Burgers)

  • Ensure strict adherence to hygiene and food safety standards

  • Supervise kitchen assistants and support team

  • Manage kitchen inventory and procurement

  • Conduct quality control for all food items before dispatch

  • Innovate and update menu offerings based on customer feedback and trends
