Job Overview:
A passionate and experienced Head Chef is required to lead kitchen operations in a fast-paced cloud kitchen setup. The ideal candidate must specialize in Biryani and Burger preparation, with a strong grasp of hygiene practices, consistency in flavor, and staff supervision.
Experience Requirements:
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily kitchen operations and ensure a seamless workflow
Prepare, refine, and maintain consistency in recipes (especially Biryani and Burgers)
Ensure strict adherence to hygiene and food safety standards
Supervise kitchen assistants and support team
Manage kitchen inventory and procurement
Conduct quality control for all food items before dispatch
Innovate and update menu offerings based on customer feedback and trends
