Qualification: Diploma or Degree in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering
Experience: Minimum 10 years in HVAC Project Management
Salary: ₹3,00,000 to ₹4,50,000 per annum
Experience Requirements:
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the HVAC Projects Department with full accountability.
Monitor project costs, timelines, resources, and quality standards.
Ensure successful execution of HVAC systems (chillers, AHUs, FCUs, VRF, ductable units, etc.).
Manage procurement coordination and material delivery schedules.
Evaluate BOQs, technical estimates, and contractor/consultant submissions.
Prepare tenders, manage bidding, and negotiate contracts.
Handle invoicing, claims, deviations, and client payment follow-ups.
Design HVAC systems in-house and oversee execution.
Manage MIS submissions and reporting.
Must be proficient in AutoCAD and possess own vehicle.
