Project Engineer – HVAC
Location: Haldwani, Uttarakhand
Qualification: Diploma or Degree in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering
Experience: Minimum 5 years in HVAC (Air Conditioning domain)
Salary: ₹3,00,000 to ₹3,50,000 per annum
Experience Requirements:
Key Responsibilities:
Manage HVAC site execution as per project timelines/bar charts.
Conduct heat load calculations, equipment selection, and BOQ preparation.
Review and interpret HVAC drawings, estimates, and specifications.
Coordinate with consultants, architects, clients, and contractors.
Ensure smooth execution of HVAC systems such as chillers, AHUs, FCUs, VRF, and ductable units.
Liaise with procurement teams for timely material delivery.
Oversee on-site construction activities and ensure timely project completion.
Prepare and submit MIS reports.
Proficient in AutoCAD.
Must possess own vehicle.
