Job Purpose:
To manage procurement, storage, and supply of automotive parts to support the repair and maintenance of multi-brand vehicles.
Experience Requirements:
Key Responsibilities:
Order, inspect, store, and issue spare parts and materials.
Use DMS for parts quotations, order processing, and inventory tracking.
Coordinate with vendors for procurement and timely delivery.
Handle part returns, warranty processes, and update supplier records.
Maintain a clean, organized storage and work area.
Track pick ratio rates and maintain quarterly stock inventories.
Assist with documentation, vendor payments, and admin filing.
Support inventory audits and ensure minimum stock thresholds are met.
