1. Job Summary:
Seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive with 2–3 years of experience in the plastic manufacturing and packaging industry. The candidate must be familiar with selling a variety of heavy-duty to light-duty packaging products used across industries such as petrochemicals, mortar, glass, additives, agriculture, food, and construction.
2. Key Responsibilities:

Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and customer needs.

Present and promote company products to prospective clients.

Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and references.

Handle incoming sales inquiries via phone and email and assist in sales order processing.

Maintain and update customer database; identify and develop new business opportunities.

Respond to client queries to support the sales team’s field activities.

Serve as a liaison between the company and its current and potential customers.

Maintain strong client relationships to promote repeat business and referrals.

Negotiate contracts and close deals while addressing customer complaints or objections.

Provide periodic sales reports, forecasts, and feedback to management.

Share client insights and feedback with internal teams for continuous improvement.

Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery and customer satisfaction.

Monitor stock availability and arrange product demonstrations as needed.
Experience Requirements:
3. Qualifications:
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in the flexible packaging industry.
4. Required Skills:
Valid UAE Driving License.
Strong communication and presentation abilities.
Client relationship management and prospecting skills.
Excellent negotiation and sales planning capabilities.
