Job Overview

We are seeking a Business Development Executive with proven experience in the Pharma & Healthcare sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, achieving revenue targets, and enhancing client relationships within the temperature-controlled logistics or healthcare packaging domain.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and expand the Pharma & Healthcare vertical through strategic initiatives and relationship management.

• Identify and articulate unique selling propositions to target clients.

• Handle contract negotiations and align offerings with client-specific needs and compliance requirements.

• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders such as logistics providers and airlines to ensure efficient temperature-controlled shipments.

• Solve complex logistics and operational issues with innovative solutions.

• Conduct detailed market research and maintain an active sales pipeline.

• Deliver presentations and facilitate training to internal sales teams to improve performance.

• Monitor business performance metrics and recommend process enhancements for continuous improvement.

Experience & Qualifications

• 2–10 years of experience in business development, preferably within the Pharma & Healthcare vertical.

• Candidates from project management backgrounds or those who have worked on healthcare or pharma-related logistics and infrastructure projects will be preferred.
