Primary Responsibilities :

Job Title: Associate – Small and Medium-Sized Business (SMB Department)

Location: Noida, Uttar Pradesh (Hybrid)
Work Hours: 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM EST (Monday to Friday) | May extend to 5:00 PM EST during peak periods

Role Overview:

This is a full-time position supporting small and medium-sized businesses across various industries. The role offers a hybrid work arrangement with designated in-office days. The candidate will be responsible for preparing financial statements, tax filings, and supporting engagements for a wide range of clients.

Experience Requirements:

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare personal, corporate, and trust income tax returns, including payroll/information returns.
Organize data for Canadian corporate income tax filings and tax slips.
Manage multiple client files efficiently and accurately.
Draft Compilation engagement financial statements for diverse industries.
Review bookkeeping records and prepare GST/HST returns on a monthly/quarterly basis.
Collaborate with engagement teams and contribute to tax planning initiatives.
Prepare response letters and engage with the CRA during audits or inquiries.
Support team members on other taxation and compliance projects as required.

Preferred Qualifications & Skills:

Chartered Accountant (CA) or equivalent qualification.
Minimum of 3 years of relevant accounting experience, including preparation of financial statements and Compilation/Review Engagements.
Experience with accounting and tax software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage) is an asset.
Strong client service orientation with excellent communication skills.
Highly organized, proactive, and able to multitask effectively.
Demonstrated attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
