We are seeking an experienced and motivated Business Development Manager – Technical to drive growth in a B2B environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and a proven track record in business development. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, delivering compelling technical solutions, and building long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through lead generation, networking, and strategic partnerships.
Understand technical products or services in depth and communicate their value to prospective clients.
Develop and present tailored technical proposals and presentations to stakeholders and clients.
Collaborate closely with product development and engineering teams to align solutions with customer needs.
Prepare and present accurate sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and business reports to senior leadership.
Manage and nurture key client relationships to enhance satisfaction and identify upselling opportunities.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor movements, and technological advancements.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms in coordination with internal legal and commercial teams.
Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to generate leads and build brand visibility.
Qualifications & Experience:
Minimum 4 years of experience in business development or technical sales in a B2B setting.
Strong understanding of relevant technical domains (e.g., software, cloud solutions, industrial automation).
Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to business growth.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to translate technical concepts into clear business value propositions.
Proficiency in CRM platforms and Microsoft Office Suite; experience with Salesforce or HubSpot is a plus.
Willingness to travel for client engagements and industry events.
