Job Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Outdoor Sales Supervisor to lead and manage a team of field sales representatives in the Riyadh region. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership abilities, excellent communication skills, and a solid track record in driving outdoor sales performance. This role includes client visits, team supervision, performance reporting, and developing new business relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and lead a team of outdoor sales representatives
Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet/exceed targets
Train, guide, and assess sales team performance
Conduct regular field visits with team members to monitor client engagement
Identify and pursue new business opportunities
Build and maintain relationships with key clients
Provide detailed sales reports and market analysis to management
Ensure customer satisfaction and handle escalated issues professionally
Monitor competitor activities and stay updated on market trends
Requirements:
Fluent in Arabic and proficient in English
2 to 4 years of relevant experience in outdoor sales or sales supervision
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Well-organized with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines
A valid Saudi driving license is a plus
