Sales Head – PVC Water Pipes & Tanks (West Bengal Market)

Location: West Bengal (Remote Working Allowed)
Salary: ₹50,000 – ₹60,000 per month
Experience: Minimum 10 years in PVC pipes/tanks industry

Job Responsibilities:

Lead and grow sales in the West Bengal market for the PVC pipes and tanks division.

Build and strengthen the distribution and dealership network across the region.

Strategize and execute sales plans to meet revenue targets.

Manage and mentor a team of 15+ sales executives.

Analyze market trends, competitor performance, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities.

Liaise with senior management to align sales efforts with brand goals.

Experience Requirements:

Requirements:

10+ years of sales experience with leading brands like Supreme, Ashirvad, Utkarsh, etc.
In-depth knowledge of the West Bengal PVC market and established dealer relationships.
Proven ability to lead large sales teams and drive results.
Strong leadership, market analysis, and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently from West Bengal.
