Planning and Cost Control Engineer

Summary:
Support real estate project delivery through effective schedule planning and cost control. Coordinate across design, procurement, construction, and finance to ensure projects align with budget and timelines.


Experience Requirements:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop & monitor project timelines

  • Track costs, budgets & payments

  • Review variations, change orders & cost impacts

  • Prepare cost reports, forecasts, and dashboards

  • Identify risks & implement mitigation plans

  • Ensure compliance with financial controls

  • Coordinate across teams & stakeholders

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s in Engineering/Construction/Finance

  • 5+ years in planning or cost control for real estate/construction

  • Proficiency in Primavera P6/MS Project & cost modeling

  • Familiar with project accounting & contract management

  • Strong analytical & communication skills
