Job Summary:

We are seeking a technically strong and industry-savvy Sales Head to lead the development, promotion, and sales of enzyme-based products across the textile, pulp & paper, and food processing sectors. The ideal candidate will have practical experience in at least two of the targeted industries and a strong understanding of enzyme applications.


Experience Requirements:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research to identify industry trends and business opportunities

  • Acquire new clients and expand the customer base across target industries

  • Deliver product presentations and technical demos to clients

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and industry stakeholders

  • Collaborate with the sales team to meet revenue and growth targets

  • Apply technical knowledge of enzyme applications to support clients

  • Identify and capitalize on new market segments

  • Ensure effective communication with internal departments and external partners

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Science or Biotechnology

  • 4–5 years of sales or technical experience in at least two sectors among textile, pulp & paper, or food processing

  • Familiarity with regulatory standards (e.g., FDA, FSSAI, REACH, BRC) is a plus

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Willingness to travel up to 50%
