Job Title: Manager – CRM & Order Fulfilment

Location: Maruthi Nagar, Peenya, Bangalore

Role Summary:

A leadership role in the Commercial Team, responsible for managing the CRM & Order Fulfilment function. This position requires coordinating with sales, procurement, accounts, and technical teams to ensure top-tier service delivery and customer loyalty. The role emphasizes strategic execution, team management, and process efficiency.

Experience Requirements:

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and mentor a team handling CRM and order fulfilment.
Ensure timely receipt and execution of quotations and orders.
Optimize delivery timelines and product quality assurance.
Maintain internal systems for order and delivery tracking.
Prepare and analyze sales and customer data reports.
Align operations with market requirements in collaboration with the Sales team.
Coordinate closely with Pricing and Procurement teams to optimize margins and efficiency.
Address and resolve customer issues, including accounts receivables.
Drive customer satisfaction and improve Net Promoter Score (NPS).
Ensure adherence to operational metrics and performance standards.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; Postgraduates in Science (especially Organic Chemistry) preferred.
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience; 5+ years preferred.
At least 1 year of team management experience; 3+ years ideal.
Strong leadership and decision-making abilities.
Comfortable using GSuite tools (Google Sheets, Docs, etc.).
High customer-centricity and ability to multitask across departments.
Result-driven with a proactive work ethic.
