Job Title: Executive – CRM & Order Fulfilment

Role Summary:

This is a key customer-facing individual contributor role within the Commercial Team. The position involves managing customer relationships and end-to-end order fulfilment, coordinating with multiple departments to ensure timely delivery, quality assurance, and customer satisfaction. The role offers significant learning and growth opportunities in a dynamic and competitive industry.

Experience Requirements:

Key Responsibilities:

Handle end-to-end customer relationship management and order fulfilment.
Receive and process requests for quotations and orders.
Negotiate pricing where applicable and follow up for conversion.
Track order progress and ensure timely delivery with correct specifications.
Maintain and update internal databases for orders, deliveries, and customer records.
Collaborate with technical teams for proper documentation.
Generate sales reports and monitor stock levels.
Coordinate with Pricing and Procurement teams to ensure cost efficiency.
Resolve customer issues, especially those related to accounts receivables.
Meet performance metrics as set by the business.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; Postgraduates in Science (especially Organic Chemistry) preferred.
Minimum 1 year of relevant experience; 3+ years preferred.
Proficiency with GSuite (Google Sheets, Docs, etc.).
Strong sense of ownership and ability to work independently.
Good coordination and communication skills.
Customer service orientation and problem-solving mindset.
