Job Summary:
We are hiring a highly driven Business Development Manager (BDM) with hands-on experience in demand and lead generation, particularly in the global recruitment/staffing market (Middle East, APAC, US, UK, Europe). The BDM will be responsible for strategizing and executing multi-channel lead generation campaigns and supporting sales pipeline development to drive company growth.

Key Responsibilities:
Demand & Lead Generation: Develop outbound B2B strategies to generate quality leads through email campaigns, LinkedIn, events, webinars, and cold calling.
Campaign Management: Create campaigns to increase visibility and engagement across global markets.
Lead Handover: Route all qualified leads to the pre-qualification team for further action.
Market Research & Strategy: Analyze target markets, monitor competitors, and refine lead generation tactics.
Networking & Partnerships: Build relationships with key stakeholders and represent the company at industry events.
Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on lead generation metrics, pipeline status, and ROI.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
3–7 years of experience in business development/demand generation within the recruitment or staffing industry.
Experience in targeting global markets (Middle East, APAC, US, UK, Europe).
Knowledge of CRM and digital tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.).
Strong communication, analytical, and strategic thinking skills.
Self-motivated and results-driven.
Preferred:
Experience in tech-driven recruitment platforms or services.
Familiarity with international hiring trends and client engagement.
