Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant with over 4 years of experience in managing daily financial operations. The ideal candidate should have strong working knowledge of Zoho Books and Tally, along with solid experience in GST filings, invoice processing, and overall compliance. This position requires someone who can work independently, ensure financial accuracy, and maintain compliance with all statutory requirements.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update financial records using Zoho Books and Tally ERP 9 / Tally Prime.

  • Manage accounts payable and receivable, process vendor payments, and handle bank reconciliations.

  • Generate and verify invoices and bills for clients and vendors.

  • Ensure timely and accurate GST filings (monthly, quarterly, and annual) and handle related compliance.

  • Support the preparation of financial statements, MIS reports, and audit documentation.

  • Coordinate with auditors and consultants for statutory audits and tax matters.

  • Assist in cash flow monitoring, budget preparation, and financial forecasting.

  • Keep up to date with changes in accounting standards and tax regulations.

  • Identify opportunities to improve financial processes and internal controls.



Experience Requirements:

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or related field (Master's or CA Inter preferred).

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in accounting.

  • Proficiency in Zoho Books and Tally ERP 9 / Tally Prime.

  • Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and related compliance.

  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

  • Proficient in MS Excel and other office tools.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to manage tasks independently and meet deadlines.
