Should Review Monthly group plan & do arrange Style review meeting along with automation team, technical & R&D team on constructions & methods to be adopted for bulk

Should Ensure Monthly Machinery plan will be sent on or before standard timelines to CMD team

Should Ensure to follow QCO critical path to ensure prework done correctly & it any deviations should escalate to management

Should Check machinery availability & jigs/folders to start prework while technical sample making

Should Ensure all OBs be reviewed, if any deviations found, should escalate during OB discussion meeting & resolve.

Ensure Optimal Layouts were prepared to ensure achieving ladder efficiency

Should Attend all development meetings conducted at sampling unit & provide valuable feedback on constructions & feasibility

Should Conduct internal KPI review meetings in factories to ensure all achievements & improvement plans will be discussed

Should present factory KPI’s with improvement plans on achievements at corporate office KPI meetings
