Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop BLDC motors as per client requirements, including both electrical and mechanical aspects.

  • Conduct detailed FEA (Finite Element Analysis) and electromagnetic simulations using Altair FluxMotor and other tools.

  • Prepare and review 2D/3D designs using SolidWorks and AutoCAD.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and directly communicate with international clients to understand and deliver project specifications.

  • Lead prototype development, testing, and performance validation of motor designs.

  • Continuously improve motor designs for cost, efficiency, and manufacturability.

Experience Requirements:

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Education: BE/BTech in Electrical Engineering (mandatory)

  • Experience:

    • 5–10 years of experience in BLDC motor design (electrical + mechanical)

    • Minimum 2 years of experience working with international clients

  • Technical Skills:

    • Proficiency in SolidWorks, AutoCAD, and Altair FluxMotor

    • Strong background in FEA analysis software and electromagnetic design principles

  • Language: Must be fluent in English (verbal and written)

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary Range: ₹90,000 – ₹1,50,000 per month
