Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced professional to lead and deliver enterprise-grade business intelligence and data solutions. This hybrid role combines solution architecture, business analysis, and team leadership. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in Microsoft Fabric, Azure stack, and BI tools, with a proven track record of successfully managing client relationships and offshore delivery teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform a hybrid role encompassing solution architecture, business analysis, and leadership.

• Lead engagements through transition, BAU, and Microsoft Fabric migration phases.

• Understand business and technical requirements through interaction with stakeholders and client IT teams.

• Build and maintain trust and strong client relationships.

• Act as the primary liaison between client stakeholders and offshore teams.

• Architect and implement data solutions tailored to client needs.

• Design data storage and processing solutions using Microsoft Fabric framework.

• Implement efficient data ingestion pipelines using Fabric Data Pipelines, Notebooks, or Dataflows Gen2.

• Define and enforce best practices for administration, security, and governance in Microsoft Fabric.

• Design and implement CI/CD and DevOps processes.

• Translate business requirements into technical tasks, ensuring clear team communication.

• Identify and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle.

• Promote a collaborative, productive team environment.
