Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive with 2–3 years of experience in marketing IT products and handling customer engagement. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, engaging with clients, preparing proposals, and ensuring successful project coordination and customer support. Candidates with strong communication skills, a knack for client relationship management, and hands-on knowledge of tenders and auctions are highly preferred.
Key Skills & Requirements:

Education: MBA/BBA (preferred) in any discipline.

Experience: 2–3 years in marketing IT products or customer support roles.

Software Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

CRM Experience: Sound knowledge in Customer Relationship Management.

Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Analytical Ability: Experience in analyzing customer requirements, designing solutions, and supporting deployment.

Flexibility: Should be open to handling multi-functional responsibilities and travel when needed.
Experience Requirements:
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Client Acquisition:
Identify prospective clients and new business opportunities.
Explore growth potential with existing clients across multiple IT products and services.
Proposal & Presentation Preparation:
Prepare business proposals, PowerPoint presentations, and conduct client demos.
Provide training and guidance to clients post-demo when required.
Partner Coordination:
Liaise with business partners to jointly promote and support various projects and solutions.
Tender & Auction Support:
Assist clients in tender/auction creation, bid submission, comparative statement generation, and end-to-end process execution.
Prepare required documents, templates, and handle client-side coordination.
Client Support & Relationship Management:
Offer support via telephone, online tools, and on-site visits if necessary.
Provide timely assistance to bidder communities as needed.
Billing & Collections:
Submit invoices and follow up on payments.
Maintain records of all commercial transactions and ensure timely collections.
Tender/Auction Monitoring:
Conduct regular follow-ups with departments to track upcoming tenders and auctions.
Keep internal teams updated about client interactions and opportunities.
Travel Requirements:
Willingness to travel to other locations/outstations as required for business development or client servicing.
