Role Overview:
As Sales Manager – Business Operations & Growth, you will be responsible for end-to-end sales strategy, operations, and expansion. This includes building dealer/distributor networks, managing online and offline channels, leading teams, optimizing inventory and logistics, and driving market penetration for a lifestyle-focused product portfolio.

Business Strategy & Execution
Develop and execute sales growth strategies across retail, e-commerce, and B2B channels.
Align business goals with actionable sales targets and KPIs.
Sales & Channel Management
Drive top-line revenue by expanding the dealer and distributor network.
Build strategic alliances and partnerships to increase market presence.
Retail & E-Commerce Operations
Oversee the operations of both physical stores and the online marketplace.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, seamless order processing, and efficient logistics.
Team Leadership
Build and mentor high-performing teams across sales, operations, customer service, and marketing.
Foster a results-driven and collaborative culture.
Inventory & Supply Chain Management
Collaborate with the procurement team for inventory planning and vendor coordination.
Monitor product availability and turnover rates for efficient stock management.
Marketing & Brand Development
Partner with the marketing team to execute campaigns, community engagement initiatives, and brand-building activities.
Participate in industry events and riding communities to drive visibility.
P&L and Financial Management
Take ownership of the sales P&L, ensuring profitability across channels.
Analyze sales performance data to guide business decisions.
Market Expansion
Identify new business opportunities, including product launches, regional expansions, and new retail locations.
Key Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
4+ years of experience in sales, retail operations, or distribution management.
Preferably from automobile retail, e-commerce, or consumer lifestyle industries.
Proven success in scaling sales and managing channel operations.
Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
Entrepreneurial spirit with a passion for motorsports or lifestyle-driven brands.
Ability to work hands-on in a dynamic, high-growth environment.
Experienced off-road rider will be considered a strong plus.
