Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Revit Technician with a specialization in Interior Design. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, managing, and executing Revit models for diverse interior design projects. This role involves close collaboration with designers, architects, and technical teams to ensure the delivery of accurate, high-quality, and visually engaging interior documentation.
Key Responsibilities:

Revit Modelling: Create and manage detailed Revit models that align with design intent and project requirements.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with interior designers and architects to translate concepts into comprehensive technical solutions.

Construction Documentation: Prepare complete and accurate documentation packages including plans, elevations, sections, and detailed drawings.

Project Coordination: Liaise with external consultants (MEP, structural, etc.) to ensure coordination and timely delivery of project outputs.

Quality Assurance: Review all drawings and documents for precision, clarity, and compliance with standards.

Mentorship: Support and mentor junior team members and technicians, promoting skill development and quality standards.

Technology & Innovation: Keep abreast of the latest trends and updates in Revit and related technologies to improve workflows and project delivery.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum 4 years of experience in interior design, with a strong emphasis on Revit modeling and documentation.
Software Proficiency:
Mandatory: Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD
Preferred: Enscape, V-Ray, or other 3D rendering tools
Detail Orientation: High attention to detail and accuracy in design documentation.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication in English; capable of working effectively in a collaborative team setting.
Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyze design challenges and offer creative, technical solutions.
