Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and globally experienced Business Development Manager (BDM) to drive international sales for our Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) services. The ideal candidate will have a strong consultative B2B sales background, comprehensive knowledge of RPO delivery models, and the ability to build and manage relationships with stakeholders across global markets.

Key Responsibilities:
Identify, engage, and close new international RPO business opportunities across North America, EMEA, APAC, and LATAM regions.
Develop and implement a robust global sales strategy in line with organizational goals.
Manage the entire sales cycle, including prospecting, client discovery, solution design, proposal development, and contract negotiation.
Build strong relationships with C-suite executives, Talent Acquisition leaders, and Procurement professionals.
Collaborate with cross-functional internal teams to create custom RPO solutions tailored to client needs.
Represent the organization at global HR and outsourcing events, both virtual and in-person.
Maintain accurate and updated sales pipeline data in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
Monitor market trends, competitor offerings, and global TA challenges to inform strategy.
Candidate Profile:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Human Resources, or related field (MBA or international business degree preferred).
Experience: Minimum 5 years in international RPO or staffing sales, with a strong record of closing multi-country or enterprise deals.
Strong knowledge of RPO delivery models, service level agreements (SLAs), compliance, and pricing structures.
Consultative sales expertise and ability to navigate complex, multi-layered global decision-making processes.
Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, especially in multicultural and cross-border environments.
Adept at working in fast-paced, target-driven environments with minimal supervision.
Preferred Attributes:
Proficiency in additional languages (besides English) is a plus.
Previous experience in remote or international work environments.
Knowledge of global labor laws, recruitment trends, and HR technologies.
