Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled and passionate Vegetarian Home Cook to prepare nutritious and delicious meals for a private household. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of vegetarian nutrition and the ability to manage kitchen operations independently.
Experience Requirements:
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and prepare daily vegetarian meals based on preferences and health goals
Shop for groceries and manage pantry inventory
Maintain kitchen hygiene and food safety standards
Prepare occasional guest meals and accommodate dietary restrictions
Stay updated with healthy food trends and introduce new dishes
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a home cook or private chef
Strong knowledge of vegetarian and plant-based cooking
Ability to cook various cuisines: Indian, Asian, Mediterranean, etc.
Good organizational and communication skills
Preferred:
Culinary certification is a plus
Experience in vegan/gluten-free diets
Familiarity with allergen management
