We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Chief Financial Officer (CFO) with deep expertise in financial planning, corporate finance, and strategic leadership. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, risk management, audits, compliance, and financial reporting.
Experience Requirements:
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the finance and accounting teams
Oversee financial strategy, planning, and analysis
Prepare budgets, forecasts, and financial reports for senior leadership
Ensure timely financial audits and compliance with regulatory requirements
Manage relationships with external auditors, financial institutions, and stakeholders
Evaluate investment opportunities and optimize capital structure
Implement financial controls and systems for risk management
Support strategic business decisions through financial modeling and insights
Educational Qualifications:
Graduate in Commerce or Finance-related stream
Postgraduate degree (MBA Finance preferred)
Chartered Accountant (CA) preferred
