Role Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and knowledgeable Commercial Property Development Manager with strong local expertise in Bangalore’s commercial real estate market. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in the end-to-end development lifecycle—from ground-level government approvals to top-level marketing strategies.

Experience Requirements:

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee all aspects of commercial real estate development projects
Handle government approvals, legal compliance, and documentation
Coordinate with vendors, consultants, and local authorities
Conduct market research and feasibility studies
Support strategic planning and execution of property marketing
Maintain timelines and budget for each phase of development

Required Qualifications & Skills:

Experience: 2 to 4 years in commercial real estate development
Education: Graduate in any discipline
Languages: Fluency in English, Kannada & Hindi
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Technical: Strong understanding of local real estate regulations and approval procedures
Behavioral: Result-oriented, detail-focused, strong negotiation & coordination skills
