Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly experienced and proactive Executive Assistant to support the CEO in managing day-to-day operations, high-level business functions, and strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of experience supporting C-level executives, with exceptional organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
Experience Requirements:
Key Responsibilities:
Executive Support: Manage the CEO’s calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements. Anticipate needs and act proactively.
Communication Management: Act as a point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders. Draft, review, and manage communications, emails, reports, and presentations.
Meeting Coordination: Schedule, organize, and record minutes for board meetings, internal leadership reviews, and external events.
Project & Task Management: Monitor the progress of strategic projects. Follow up with internal teams and ensure timelines are met.
Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with absolute discretion and maintain high confidentiality at all times.
Stakeholder Liaison: Coordinate with clients, investors, vendors, and senior management, ensuring smooth communication flow.
Office Administration: Oversee certain administrative functions and streamline executive operations for efficiency.
Key Requirements:
Minimum 10 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably to C-level executives.
Graduate/Postgraduate in Business Administration, Management, or relevant field.
Strong command over MS Office, Google Workspace, calendar management tools, and communication platforms.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
High emotional intelligence, discretion, and professionalism.
Proven ability to handle pressure, multitask, and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Attributes:
Prior experience in a startup or high-growth company.
