Job Overview:

We are looking for a results-oriented and proactive Business Development Manager (BDM) to join our growing sales team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in a digital marketing agency environment and a proven track record of selling services such as SEO, PPC, Social Media Marketing, Content Marketing, and more. This is a client-facing role requiring excellent communication skills and a deep understanding of digital marketing.



Experience Requirements:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities across various geographies and industries.

  • Develop and nurture strong relationships with potential and existing clients.

  • Present tailored digital marketing strategies that align with client goals and budgets.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to create customized proposals, quotations, and SOWs.

  • Manage the complete sales cycle: lead generation, prospecting, pitching, negotiation, and closure.

  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities.

  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

  • Actively participate in industry events, forums, and online platforms to generate leads.

  • Maintain accurate client records, deals, and communication logs in the CRM system.


Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in business development/sales in a digital marketing agency.

  • In-depth understanding of digital marketing channels such as SEO, SEM, SMM, content, and email marketing.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

  • Experience using CRM systems and lead generation tools (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Upwork).

  • Ability to independently drive sales processes and work in a fast-paced team environment.

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred).


Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, Ahrefs, SEMrush, HubSpot.

  • Existing client portfolio or demonstrated success in closing medium to large-scale deals.

  • Ability to articulate ROI-driven digital strategies to decision-makers.
