Job Overview:
We are looking for a results-oriented and proactive Business Development Manager (BDM) to join our growing sales team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in a digital marketing agency environment and a proven track record of selling services such as SEO, PPC, Social Media Marketing, Content Marketing, and more. This is a client-facing role requiring excellent communication skills and a deep understanding of digital marketing.

Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities across various geographies and industries.
Develop and nurture strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
Present tailored digital marketing strategies that align with client goals and budgets.
Collaborate with internal teams to create customized proposals, quotations, and SOWs.
Manage the complete sales cycle: lead generation, prospecting, pitching, negotiation, and closure.
Stay updated on market trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities.
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Actively participate in industry events, forums, and online platforms to generate leads.
Maintain accurate client records, deals, and communication logs in the CRM system.
Requirements:
3+ years of experience in business development/sales in a digital marketing agency.
In-depth understanding of digital marketing channels such as SEO, SEM, SMM, content, and email marketing.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Experience using CRM systems and lead generation tools (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Upwork).
Ability to independently drive sales processes and work in a fast-paced team environment.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred).
Preferred Skills:
Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, Ahrefs, SEMrush, HubSpot.
Existing client portfolio or demonstrated success in closing medium to large-scale deals.
Ability to articulate ROI-driven digital strategies to decision-makers.
