Role Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented QA Automation Engineer with hands-on experience in test automation frameworks and scripting. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our software applications through systematic testing and defect identification using tools like Selenium, Python, Java, and TestNG.
Experience Requirements:
Key Responsibilities:
Understand requirements and identify relevant test coverage, design test plans accordingly.
Develop, maintain, and execute automated test cases, test scripts, and test data.
Conduct functional, regression, integration, and system testing based on project needs.
Facilitate test case reviews, defect triaging, and provide QA reports in a timely manner.
Communicate clearly with cross-functional teams, including developers, project managers, and support teams.
Ensure deliverables meet the defined functional and design specifications.
Perform bug tracking and report issues using appropriate QA tools.
Continuously improve automation frameworks and QA processes.
Required Skills:
2–4 years of experience in Software Testing with a strong focus on Automation.
Proficiency in Selenium WebDriver with Python or Java.
Hands-on experience with TestNG framework.
Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, and test methodologies.
Experience in writing detailed test plans, test cases, and bug reports.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
