About the Role:

We are looking for a Performance Marketer / PPC Expert to join our dynamic marketing team. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital advertising campaigns across Google, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other paid platforms. This role is ideal for a data-driven, analytical, and creative digital marketer who thrives on achieving results through performance-based strategies.



Experience Requirements:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategy Development: Design and implement data-driven digital marketing strategies aligned with company goals.

  • PPC Campaign Management: Plan, execute, monitor, and optimize paid campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, etc.

  • Audience Targeting: Identify key audiences, create audience segments, and manage retargeting strategies.

  • Content Collaboration: Work closely with the content and creative teams to develop compelling ad creatives and landing pages.

  • Performance Analytics: Track, measure, and report campaign performance using Google Analytics, Ad platform dashboards, and internal tools.

  • Social Media Management: Support organic and paid growth strategies on social platforms.

  • Email Marketing: Plan and run performance-based email campaigns using tools like MailChimp, HubSpot, etc.

  • Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Recommend and implement strategies to improve landing page performance and user experience.

  • Market & Trend Research: Stay current on industry trends, platform updates, and competitor strategies.


Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

  • 3–5 years of proven experience in performance marketing, preferably in the IT, iGaming, Casino Platforms, or Gaming sectors.

  • Deep knowledge of Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, LinkedIn Ads, and other paid platforms.

  • Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Tag Manager, HubSpot, MailChimp, etc.

  • Excellent understanding of A/B testing, bidding strategies, ad scheduling, and budget optimization.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Highly analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for reporting and dashboards.

  • Creative thinker with the ability to bring fresh ideas to campaigns.
