Experience Requirements:

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain robust, scalable server-side applications using Node.js.
Design, develop, and maintain RESTful APIs for frontend-backend integration.
Optimize application performance, scalability, and responsiveness.
Implement secure coding practices and data protection measures.
Collaborate with frontend developers to integrate user-facing elements.
Design and manage database structures for SQL (MySQL/PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB).
Write and optimize complex SQL and MongoDB queries.
Use ORM tools like Sequelize or Mongoose for database interaction.
Lead and mentor junior developers within the team.
Stay current with industry trends, technologies, and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in Node.js development.
Strong proficiency in JavaScript and/or TypeScript.
Experience with frameworks like Express.js.
Deep understanding of asynchronous programming and event-driven architecture.
Strong working knowledge of SQL databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL).
Proficiency in NoSQL databases, especially MongoDB.
Experience with ORM tools like Sequelize and Mongoose.
Familiarity with Git and version control workflows.
Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and deployment strategies.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and team leadership skills.
