Location: Ahmedabad (Makarba) & Pune (Vimannagar)

CTC: ₹30,000 – ₹35,000 per month

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end recruitment for mid-to-senior level positions, primarily in international B2B sales profiles.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels.
Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers.
Build talent pipelines for future hiring needs.
Ensure smooth onboarding and documentation processes.

Requirements:

3+ years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in B2B or international sales recruitment.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Experience working with ATS and recruitment tools.
Ability to handle multiple open positions simultaneously.
High energy, self-motivated, and ability to work independently.
