Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and train station staff to ensure excellent service.

Oversee daily operations, including fuel dispensing, retail, and safety checks.

Monitor inventory levels of fuel and goods, and place timely orders.

Address customer queries and resolve complaints promptly.

Maintain cleanliness and ensure adherence to safety regulations.

Manage financial operations: budgeting, daily sales reporting, and cash handling.

Handle emergency situations and regulatory audits.

Ensure compliance with legal requirements related to fuel storage and handling.
Experience Requirements:
Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years in petrol pump or retail fuel operations.
2+ years of team leadership experience.
Basic automotive and inventory management knowledge.
Flexibility to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.
