Senior Business Manager (Portuguese/Brazilian Preferred) – Mozambique

Key Responsibilities:

Define and implement strategic business plans to drive growth and market share.

Monitor financial KPIs, optimize budget allocations, and ensure profitability.

Lead supply chain operations: inventory, logistics, and transportation management.

Ensure regulatory compliance with environmental and safety standards.

Foster relationships with stakeholders, including government, suppliers, and customers.

Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies.

Manage multi-disciplinary teams (sales, logistics, operations).

Drive process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.

Conduct market research and analyze competitor movements.

Negotiate contracts and secure favorable business terms.

Present regular business performance reports to top management.
Experience Requirements:
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree (Master’s/MBA preferred).
Minimum 7 years in business management, preferably in the fuel/oil & gas industry.
Certification in CSCP/CLP/CTL is an advantage.
Expertise in ERP, WMS, TMS software systems.
Fluent in English; Portuguese or Brazilian Portuguese highly desirable.
