Position Overview:

We are looking for a skilled Techno-Functional Solution Consultant to bridge the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders. This role requires both functional understanding of business processes and technical expertise in delivering enterprise-grade solutions, ensuring alignment with client requirements and smooth project delivery.

Experience Requirements:

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze client business processes and gather detailed functional and technical requirements

Translate business needs into system architecture, configuration, and solution documentation

Collaborate with development teams to ensure accurate solution delivery

Support configuration, customization, and deployment of solutions

Conduct functional testing, UAT coordination, and training

Act as the primary liaison between business users and technical teams

Support project planning, timelines, and risk management

Assist in post-implementation support and enhancements

Candidate Profile:

Education:

Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems, Engineering, or related field

Postgraduate qualification (MBA, MIS, etc.) preferred

Certifications in ERP/CRM platforms or cloud technologies are an added advantage

Skills & Requirements:

Strong understanding of both business processes and technical platforms

Experience with enterprise solutions (ERP, CRM, SaaS) implementation

Ability to document and communicate functional specs and process flows

Analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities

Strong communication skills to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage
