Responsibilities:
Develop and implement sales and operational strategies for freight forwarding across air, ocean, road, and multi-modal transportation.
Identify market trends, customer needs, and new business opportunities.
Set and achieve annual and quarterly sales targets.
Manage client relationships, pricing, contracts, and service agreements.
Lead freight forwarding operations ensuring timely, cost-effective delivery and quality.
Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and P&L for the division.
Ensure compliance with international trade laws and customs regulations.
Support sales team with presentations, quotations, and solution development.
Candidate Profile:
Extensive freight forwarding management experience.
Strong leadership and negotiation skills.
Good financial and operational management.
Knowledge of trade compliance and customs procedures.
