Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced Lead IT Recruiter to join our dynamic team. You will be responsible for leading end-to-end recruitment processes, identifying top talent, managing stakeholder expectations, and contributing to the growth of our technical teams. This role requires a deep understanding of the IT landscape and strong sourcing, assessment, and candidate management skills.
Experience Requirements:
Key Responsibilities
Understand hiring requirements and create targeted sourcing strategies.
Source candidates using job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, Shine), social media, and professional networks.
Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidate suitability.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle including offer negotiation and onboarding.
Maintain and update recruitment data and applicant tracking systems.
Prepare recruitment reports and share progress with stakeholders.
Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future needs.
Implement creative strategies to attract passive candidates.
Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Keep abreast of market trends, salary benchmarks, and industry hiring practices.
Team management and mentoring (if applicable).
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience as an IT/Technical Recruiter.
In-depth knowledge of IT roles, skills, and technologies.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Hands-on experience with recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously with high quality.
Proactive, result-oriented, and a team player.
Team leadership experience will be an added advantage.
