Business Development Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Create precise CAD drawings for product development, patterns, and technical specifications.

• Translate design sketches into detailed CAD outputs and tech packs.

• Collaborate with design, sampling, and merchandising teams to ensure feasibility and accuracy.

• Maintain and organize CAD libraries and update design files regularly.

• Digitally apply textures, prints, and colorways for realistic design visualization.

• Assist in developing visual content for presentations and client reviews.

• Ensure design consistency with brand aesthetics and market trends.

• Revise CADs as per feedback from stakeholders or technical departments.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design, Graphic Design, Industrial Design, or related field.

• 1–3 years of CAD design experience (preferably in fashion/textiles).

• Strong portfolio showcasing CAD proficiency and creative range.

• Understanding of product development and construction techniques.

• Familiarity with global design standards and trends is an asset.

Key Skills:

• Technical Expertise: Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, CorelDRAW, AutoCAD, or CLO 3D (as applicable).

• Creativity: Ability to convert ideas into practical, production-ready designs.

• Detail-Oriented: High precision in measurements, textures, and layout.

• Communication: Clear visual and written communication for design documentation.

• Time Management: Capable of handling multiple tasks and deadlines.

• Flexibility: Open to feedback and adaptable in design approach.

Preferred:

• Experience with 3D CADs and tech packs.

• Knowledge of fabrics, trims, and material specifics.

• Familiarity with international sizing and design specifications.
